It’s been great working with Phillip, Tyler, Van on this purchase. Thanks Team

I would like to sincerely thank Tyler and Phillip for all their help throughout my home loan process. They were both very professional, responsive, and supportive. A special thank you to Tyler—although he was working from a distance, he was always incredibly helpful, responsive, and coordinated everything very quickly. I truly appreciate all of your hard work in helping me get my home loan completed. Thank you so much, Tyler and Phillip!

Service and staff are excellent

Outstanding Service Every Single Time! I cannot recommend Don Diep and Leo Pham enough. This review is long overdue because Don has been my go-to mortgage expert for every single home purchase and refinance I’ve done since 2019. Whether it's a new loan or a complex refinance, he and his team consistently deliver exceptional results. What sets Don and Leo apart is their incredible responsiveness and work ethic. No matter when I reach out, their team always responds to my texts and calls immediately. They always notify you immediately if you miss any required signing papers and follow the entire process carefully. During my most recent refinance, they didn't hesitate to put in extra hours and hustle to make sure we closed escrow smoothly and well within 30 days. If you are looking for trustworthy, hardworking, and lightning-fast professionals who genuinely look out for your best interests, Don Diep and Leo Pham are the absolute best in the business. Thank you both again for making another transaction completely stress-free!
